| At BrownFlynn,
we know that a company's competitive advantage and bottom
line depend increasingly upon positive social and
environmental practices. As a consulting firm, we help
clients understand how these sustainability practices can
transform their organization and how to move forward with
implementing and communicating these responsible practices. |

Our Culture

Every BrownFlynn team member values integrity and hard work,
and possesses a strong desire to exceed our clients'
expectations. The "I Am BrownFlynn" graphic is proudly
displayed on the desk of every team member as a constant
reminder of our company culture. The first step in every
client engagement is to spend time learning about their
organization's history, company values, where they are today
and what they aspire to be in the future.

BROWNFLYNN HISTORY |
Founded in January 1996, BrownFlynn
began its business on the premise that
companies who do good also do well. More
than 15 years later, this premise has
become a mainstream business imperative
and today BrownFlynn partners with
companies to strategically and
effectively tie their core competencies
to a ‘triple bottom line’ operating
philosophy – that is, an approach that
simultaneously improves a client’s
social impact, environmental impact and
financial profitability.
Also known for its involvement in the
Global Reporting Initiative (GRI),
BrownFlynn is the first United
States-based certified training partner
of the GRI, the globally accepted gold
standard for sustainability reporting.
Whether we are helping clients to
understand the GRI reporting framework
or developing their sustainability
reports for them, the GRI provides a
sustainability management process that
generates tangible returns. |
