Every BrownFlynn team member values integrity and hard work and possesses a strong desire to please each of our clients. The “I Am BrownFlynn” graphic is proudly displayed on the desk of every team member as a constant reminder of our company culture, but our efforts to recognize and praise talent for customer service extend far beyond the statements it contains. Furthermore, because our culture is so strong, we understand the importance of company culture in general. We are extremely sensitized to and respectful of our clients’ company cultures and spend time getting to know their core values.

We also expect every one of our team members to be involved in his or her community by giving back in some way and serving on various boards or committees. We maintain the same mentality for excellent service within our nonprofit and pro-bono commitments. Our team members donate personal and professional time to initiatives that they, and we, care about. We give financially to select non-profits in our communities, and also contribute in-kind services to help non-profit organizations achieve their goals.

Finally, a key part of our business in corporate responsibility and sustainability consulting includes “walking the talk.” Our company adheres to a sustainability policy and maintains active membership in peer-learning groups such as the US Business Council for Sustainable Development, the United Nations Global Compact and regional Corporate Sustainability Round Tables. We challenge ourselves to constantly improve so that we can pass our own learning on to our clients.
